1 Acceptance of Terms

3 Registration & Account Management

Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account on sonu88. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation of these terms and may result in the closure of all related accounts as well as the forfeiture of all funds and bonuses.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full name, date of birth, phone number, and a valid email address. False or misleading information may result in account suspension or closure without notice.

• Your account password is your personal responsibility — use a strong, unique combination.

• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4 Deposit, Withdrawal & Financial Transactions

8 Account Suspension & Closure

• Confirmed fraudulent activity or misuse of the platform.
• Requests from authorities in connection with legal investigations.
• Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

Members may also close their own account at any time by contacting our support team. Any valid fund balance will be returned to the original payment method once all conditions are met and the review is complete. This process takes 3 to 7 working days.

Accounts closed due to a breach of terms are not eligible to recover any bonus balance or promotions with unfulfilled wagering requirements. However, valid real funds will be returned after the investigation is complete, unless those funds were directly involved in fraudulent activity.
